These handled soup bowls are from the Hull House & Garden Brown Mirror Glaze Line. The mirror brown colour is highlighted with a cream drip on the edge. The brown drip pattern on these four lidded onion soup bowls remains in mint condition. The bowls measure 5 1/2" and the overall length is 7 1/2". Each bowl is approximately 2" deep. Marked on the bottom - Hull Oven Proof U.S.A. - Holds 8 oz. capacity. The drip glaze is beautiful and the bowls can be put on display or used for soups, chili, or other food dishes. These onion soup bowls were very popular in the 1960s and 70s. They are fairly heavy and substantial pieces. Excellent condition, free of chips, cracks or any other defects.
